Boon Lay Shopping Centre is located at 221, Boon Lay Place in District 22, Singapore. This is one of the oldest shopping mall which has been operating for more than 40 years. The centre has been renovated in recent years, and many new and modern shops are popping up.

Boon Lay Shopping Centre is a commercial building serving mostly the needs for office space and retail sales. This is a non-air-conditioned shopping centre. The crowd-free mall serving many needs of the local residents where there are approximately 110 units composed of mainly retails shops and food outlets.
There is a number of supermarket and convenience stores inside the shopping centre. This includes mobile shops, cyber cafe, bookshops, toys and gift shops, stationery, electric and electronic gadget shops, fashion wear, furniture, medicine shops, healthcare services, money changers, etc. There are numerous mobile kiosks on the 1st level of the mall offering varieties of amenities and goods, including CDs, books, clothes, fashion wear, accessories, etc. You will find Indian and Burmese shops here. So, a number of foreign workers regularly visit the centre. There are shops, such as Super66, where you will find hardware items, kitchen utensils, and other common household items. You will find message centres, furniture shops, and a FairPrice Supermarket on the second level. There is a big event hall in Boon Lay Shopping Center serving a variety of needs to the residents of Boon Lay. There is a childcare education centre and a leisure club inside the shopping centre.
Boon Lay Shopping Centre has a number of food shops to satisfy your craving or to refresh your shopping. The price of the food is reasonable as compared to the other malls. You will find some coffee shops inside the centre, including Boon Lay 221 Coffee Shop at the entrance of the building.
The shopping centre is also within the Jurong West Town, the second largest residential town in Singapore. You will find many amenities within your easy reach like a number of shopping malls, supermarkets, grocery shops, retail stores, schools, and banks nearby. You will find one or more areas of worship, including a church, a temple, and a mosque in surrounding area. The prominent malls nearby include IMM, West Mall, Jurong Point, West Gate, etc. An upgraded market called the Boon Lay Place Market, a food court called the Boon Lay Place Food village, and Boon Lay Community Centre is also located near Boon Lay Shopping Centre. There is also a terminal where buses for Malaysia leave in intervals. Therefore, a number of travel agencies are located within the shopping centre.

Boon Lay Shopping Centre can be accessed through Lakeside MRT Station situated approximately 1 km away from the centre. Other nearest stations are Boon Lay MRT Station and Pioneer MRT Station. There are a number of bus stops nearby Boon Lay Shopping Centre, opposite to Boon Lay Swimming Complex, Blk 207, and within Boon Lay Place. These include 99, 174, 174E, 198, 240, 246, 502, NR5, 5N. Beside Boon Lay Shopping Centre, there is a sheltered walkway to reach you to the nearest bus stop. If you are driving, you will find parking area in the shopping centre. Parking usually free on Sundays and on public holidays.
